DRY RIVER BEDS
 To simulate a stream without water, a mountain stream may be created in stone, rocks or cobbles. I was lucky to team up with a mural artist recently who drew a Japanese Lake and mountain theme, on a concrete fence, at the end of one of my dry riverbeds.
The rest of the garden had a Japanese theme and complimented a ''Sensory Garden'' in the front. Both gardens were built for staff, relatives and the patients of an Alzheimer's Ward in Boscombe Bournemouth.
